Patrons in love with local pub following five star Valentine's evening

Following a VIP Valentine's event at a Greetham pub, patrons have been sharing the love on Google, TripAdvisor and social media.
The Plough Inn in Greetham, a quaint but lively town to the north of Rutland Water, has once again come out smelling of roses (and Chef's fabulous roasties!) after receiving a host of five star reviews online.
The pub, which hosts regular events including live music, a weekly quiz night, cash bingo, meal deals and more, is a hub for the local community, providing a social space for all.
The pub is pet friendly and welcomes locals, guests and tourists to the local area.
Earlier this month, the team hosted a Valentine's VIP event for Rutland's loved up couples - prompting a flurry of positive reviews from patrons.
Wendy and Stuart who visited the pub for Valentine's Day said: "The best night out on Valentine's evening. Delicious, beautifully presented food and great service, accompanied by an excellent local singer. Compliments to the chef. Five stars to you all!"
Another new patron to the local venue left a five star review, adding: "This pub is amazing, our first time visiting Greetham and when we popped in the atmosphere was chilled and relaxing. Booked a table on Saturday night for food and to watch the live entertainment.
"The team put us right where we wanted to be, the food was amazing, the staff outstanding and the entertainment was great. They even helped us find our way back to our accommodation. We also booked for Sunday dinner, which I can't wait for having tasted the food. Amazing place, thanks so much for the experience."
