Spooky season is almost upon us with the nights getting darker and October half term just around the corner.

There is a huge variety of Halloween events and activities happening in and around Oakham and Rutland in the coming weeks, including pumpkin carving, bat box making, a spooky stage show and more.

Halloween at Rutland Farm Park

This October half term, Rutland Farm Park are hosting their annual 'Halloween at the Farm' events, packed full of spooky activities and farmyard fun, perfect for goblins and ghouls of all ages.

Running between 21st October and 2nd November, Rutland Farm Park invites visitors to show off their best fancy dress costumes, get stuck into a scavenger hunt in their spooky woods and try some Halloween games.

Alongside the Halloween festivities, they also have their usual schedule of activities, like meeting and feeding the animals.

On Thursday 30 October, the Farm Park team will also be joined by Shoot It Momma Photography for some Halloween photo shoots. Perfect for capturing a cute shot of the kids in their Halloween costumes or a whole family get-up, these mini-photo shoots are in high demand with limited spots available so book early to avoid disappointment.
