Thursday Night Dinner at The Fox & Hounds

The team at The Fox & Hounds in Knossington be hosting their weekly Thursday night special on 18 July, and this week the team are serving up a charred mature ground beef patti with caramelised onion, black pudding, chorizo, melted mature cheddar, rosemary & skinny fries. 

For just £12.95, every week they put on a popular meal deal, and you can head down to 6 Somerby Road, Knossington to join the fun.

Chloe Petts at Corn Exchange Theatre

Chloe Petts is "one of the most compelling young comics" (Brian Logan, The Guardian) and she will be performing at Corn Exchange Theatre on Friday 19 July.

She's currently on screens every Saturday morning as a guest on Sky Sports News and Chloe returned to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this summer with her new show If You Can't Say Anything Nice which sold-out in the first week of the festival which led to adding 6 extra shows.

Live Music at Cutts Close

There will be live music at Cutts Close Park on Sunday 21 July (Nub News).

Join Oakham Town Council and the local community on Sunday 21 July at 2.30pm at The Band Stand in Cutts Close Park, Oakham.

Smokestack Blues Band will play all your favourite rocking and traditional blues songs!

Free Gardening Talk at All Saints Church Hall

Rutland Garden Club will be welcoming Jeff Bates a Regional and National Britain in Bloom Judge who will be giving a talk on Gardening For Cut Flowers.

This completely free event takes place at All Saints Church Hall, on Church Street, on Saturday 20 July.
