Nestled in the picturesque countryside, Rutland Farm Park offers an escape into nature with its rural setting, collection of rare breed animals, local produce and friendly local team.

And now, the team are launching their Wild Woodland Cooking sessions and other family-friendly activities ahead of the summer holidays.

This unique activity invites visitors to immerse themselves in the beauty of the great outdoors while safely enjoying the fun of cooking marshmallows and popcorn over an open fire.

The programme is designed to be family-friendly, making it an ideal activity for all ages.

Children and adults can enjoy Wild Woodland Cooking throughout the summer holidays on Tuesdays from 11:30am to 3pm.

Wild Woodland Cooking will start on Tuesday 16 July - just one of the many activities set to take place across the summer:

Other activities include themed days, arts and crafts, a charity fun day, Alice in Wonderland picnic and much more.

Rutland Farm Park is a family-run farm located on Uppingham Road, Oakham, and is home to a range of rare breed animals, rescues and new residents born on the farm this spring. It is run by husband and wife duo, Clive and Julie Ball, and headed up by their daughter Farmer Amy, who takes care of the day to day running of the play and traditional working farm.

The staff and volunteers look forward to welcoming visitors this summer at:
