The Hub at Rutland Point, which opened at the end of December 2024, has announced it will be expanding into the restaurant space next door.

In a statement on social media, The Hub Team said: "We are beyond thrilled (and still pinching ourselves!) to share some incredible news. Thanks to your overwhelming support, The Hub is expanding. 

"Just four months in, and we're already bursting at the seams – so we're taking a leap and expanding into the restaurant space next door in June!" 

This is an exciting step for The Hub, which is situated just outside Oakham in Morcott. Since opening, they have built a reputation locally for having an excellent space with a lively atmosphere and delicious selection of food and hot drinks. 

The current space will be transformed into a new space for Totally Cobs, Tacks and Feed to sell horse tack, country wear and offer saddle fitting.  

Moving into the new space will mean The Hub will now be able to offer a tapas menu as well as building a commercial kitchen.
