The team behind The Rutland Vineyard has announced they will be opening a brand new dog park in Ketton.

The Rutland Dog Park will officially open the gates this Saturday at 11am, welcoming dogs (and their humans) along to check out the new space.

Posting on social media, they said 'Come along with your dog on a lead and feel free to have a wander and sniff around to see what we've been working on.'

They will have complimentary dog snacks on the gate and The Tasting Barn will be open so visitors can enjoy takeaway coffee or wine while checking out their new venture.

The dog park, which is situated at The Rutland Vineyard on Barrowden Road, Ketton, was created with one mission in mind: 'to give dogs a safe and joyful space to play, explore and socialise - while bringing together the wonderful dog-loving community of Rutland.'

The beautiful countryside setting offers a safe and secure space for dogs to play, explore and socialise.

They will also be offering other canine-centred events, including puppy meet-ups, training sessions and fun, seasonal events. They also offer a dog walking service.
