This year, Oakham Nub News is hosting a competition to find the best Christmas pet photo.

Whether you have a grumpy ginger cat sleeping under the Christmas Tree or a dachshund in a little jumper, send us your photos via the Oakham Nub News facebook page or email them to [email protected] with your full name and the name of your pet. We're not limiting it to just dogs and cats, send us your Christmassy lizards, festive horses or wintery budgie, all pets are welcome.

Entries close on Thursday 19th December. Our team will then have the tough job of choosing a winner, which will be announced on Friday 20th December. The winning photo and a selection of our favourites will be shared on the Oakham Nub News website and on our socials.
