Rutland Showground has announced that ticket sales have started for its Rutland Food & Farming Festival which will be held on July 11.

The event is a replacement for this year's annual Rutland Show, which has been postponed due to continued lockdown and social distancing restrictions, as previously reported by Nub News.

Announcing the sale on social media, Rutland Showground warned: "Unlike our normal Show tickets are NOT available on the day and only pre-ordered tickets are available and numbers are therefore limited."

Tickets for Over 16s cost £9 and £1 for under 16s. The event is ticket only, with them in limited supply and none available on the day.

The showground says people can also purchase a Membership alongside their tickets to save on the entry price, and gain other benefits.
