Last week, the team at Rutland Musical Theatre (RMT) staged their most recent production: 'Avenue Q'.

Following their sell-out performances of 'Kinky Boots' at The Corby Cube in April, RMT performed 'Avenue Q' at Rutland Showground, and wowed the audiences with their "West End quality" production.

Part flesh, part felt and packed with heart, Avenue Q is the laugh-out-loud musical that tells the timeless story of a bright-eyed college grad named Princeton.

When he arrives in the city with big dreams and a tiny bank account, he has to move into a shabby apartment all the way out on AVENUE Q.

While the professional production won multiple awards both in America and the UK, RMT's production received rave reviews from their audiences, who visited from Wednesday 30 August through to Saturday 2 September.

Following this, the whole cast will reunite to put on 'The Addams Family: A Comedy Musical' in April.
