Join in with a host of events across Rutland this weekend, from rock and roll to show tunes and fundraising events galore.

Hedgehog Talk
CANCELLED DUE TO SNOW.
At 7pm on Friday 10 March 2023, Prickleback Urchin Hedgehog Rescue will be hosting a free talk about 'all things Hedgehog'.
This will take place at the Market Overton Bowls Club on Friday 10 March.
Come and find out more about the humble hedgehog and find out how you can support them in your garden and how to spot an animal in need of rescue.
Doors open at 7 for a 7:30 start and admission is free, with tea, coffee and cake available.
Stage & Screen Favourites with Rutland Sinfonia
Rutland Sinfonia's first concert of 2023 is a programme of blockbusting favourites from stage & screen, including music from: Cats, The Greatest Showman, Thunderbirds, Lord of the Rings and the great John Williams themes from Star Wars, Superman, Harry Potter and plenty more.
Always a family favourite, tickets are available from Oakham Wines and online.
The concert will take place at Oakham School Chapel on 11 March 2023 from 7:30pm.
Live Music and Fundraising at The Plough
On Saturday 11 March, as a part of their fundraising efforts for the team at Derbyshire Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance Base, The Plough in Greetham are hosting two bands.
'Black Jack' and 'Greetham's Own' will be performing at the venue, as they celebrate the birthdays of 3 local men and raise money for the Air Ambulance charity.
The event will begin at 7:30pm and entry is free.
Big Book Swap in Support of Marie Curie
Join the Oakham Book Swap team on Tyne Road, Oakham for a Big Book Swap from 10:30am - 2:30pm on Sunday 12 March 2023.
All books will be available for you to swap - books are free, but the team welcome you to bring your unwanted books to swap, and/or make a donation to March's chosen charity, Marie Curie.
They will also be hosting a raffle for 50p a ticket, and a small selection of stationery and handmade items will be available to purchase, proceeds from which will also be donated to Marie Curie, their chosen charity.
