Rutland community Fridge are looking for feedback from users to help the team improve and tailor the local service.

They want to know if you would use a Community Fridge in Oakham that was open after 5pm.

Rutland Community Fridge is a community-led initiative to prevent food going to landfill.

Residents are encouraged to donate whatever they can in return for food that has reached its sell by date from local supermarkets and stores.

The current Oakham Community Fridge runs from Oakham Station on a Friday from 10 - 11:30am, and the Uppingham Fridge can be found at Uppingham Town Hall from 1:30 - 3pm on Friday.

Now, the team are looking for feedback from the users of the food wastage reduction scheme to find out how they can grow to meet the needs of the local community.

A spokesperson for the organisation said: "We have heard people asking about opening the Community Fridge in after work hours. Let us know, using the options below."
