The Rutland Santa Fun Run organised by the Rotary Club of Rutland will be held in the heart of Rutland on Cutts Close Oakham as part of the Oakham Town Council's Christmas Extravaganza. This lighthearted vent gives the opportunity for schools and individuals to raise money via sponsorship for their own good causes or for charites that Rotary supports.

The run will start and finish at the bandstand in Cutts Close Park and the total distance is 600 metres. People can do as many laps as they like up to a maximum of five. Santas will be offered mulled wine and mince pies when they have completed their run and there will be a hot dog stall available.

The cost is £10 for adults and £5 for children to include a santa suit.
