Police seek illegal immigrants sighted in Rutland village

Police are seeking suspected illegal immigrants who have been seen in a Rutland village.

Around ten men were sighted in Greetham on the morning of last Thursday (October 29).

However, police have no further in formation of what they men were doing or where they may be from.

Their statement continued: "If you see any groups of men (they may have split up) in the Greetham area, hiding or attempting to hitch a lift, please dial 999 and inform Police."

The incident is currently being dealt with by PC 1742 Appleton of Oakham Police.
