Oakham Nub News has teamed up with a regular reader to share a 'Cocktail of the Week' feature, including classics, reinventions of familiar favourites and some crazy concoctions unique to Nub News.

Sharing some ingredients with a Sea Breeze, this is a spicy take on a modern classic.

Read on to find out how to make it... 

Ingredients: 

  • 25ml vodka
  • squeeze of lime juice
  • 25ml orange juice
  • 25ml grapefruit juice
  • top up with ginger beer

Method:

  1. combine the vodka, lime juice, orange and grapefruit juice in a shaker with ice
  2. shake until chilled
  3. strain into a medium-large glass
  4. top up with ginger beer
  5. add ice to the finished drink if you prefer
  6. you can garnish with a lime wedge
