Cocktail of the Week: Rose Spritz
Oakham Nub News has teamed up with a reader to share a regular 'Cocktail of the Week' feature, including classics, reinventions of familiar favourites and some crazy concoctions unique to Nub News.
Josh is bringing you another new cocktail feature this week - one with the warmer evenings and summer sun in mind!
Read on to find out how to make the Rose Spritz...
Ingredients:
- 50ml rosé wine
- 25ml creme de cassis
- 25ml lemon juice
- lemonade or soda - approximately the same as the other ingredients combined
Method:
- pour your rosé, creme de cassis and lime juice over ice in a mixing jug
- stir until chilled
- pour into a wine glass, with ice if you prefer
- top up with lemonade or soda - soda will made this drink more bitter
