Oakham School is currently looking for a Sports Facilities Centre Manager to work full time.

Salary will be £30,000 - £36,000 a year.

  • Liaise with the Commercial and Sports Facilities Manager and the Director of Sport
  • Handle rota and staffing
  • Be organised and reliable
  • Ensure the smooth day to day operation of the sports facilities
  • Assist with the co-ordination of the day to day operation of Oakham School Enterprises Limited (OSEL) bookings

Early Help Worker

Do you have experience working with children under 19 years and their families? Do you want to be part of a supportive team and make a difference to our Rutland families? Rutland County Council's Family Help Team provides a range of services and activities to help improve the life chances of children and their families. They are looking for an experienced Family Help Worker to join the team.

Salary will be £29,777 - £31,364 pro rata, working flexible Hours/Part Time, 22.5 hours per week.

You will:

  • Be level 3 qualified in a relevant field in Early Years, Health or Social Care
  • Be experienced in working with children from birth to 19 years and their parents
  • Be knowledgeable at completing assessments of risk and need, using a signs of safety approach
  • Be excellent at communicating with a wide range of people and have clear professional boundaries
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a supportive team of professionals
  • Be skilled at group work delivery (or willing to undertake training)
