We are living in a digital age, where the need to be online and use the internet for daily living has become more important than ever.  Whether accessing services, booking appointments, travelling, shopping, banking or communicating with family and friends, we increasingly need to be web-savvy.

Age UK's friendly experts provide free help with:

  • starting with a new device (with an option to borrow a device)

  • shopping, banking and making appointments on the internet
  • enjoying online TV and radio from all channels at times to suit you
  • watching videos showing recipes, exercise, music, DIY and crafts
  • learning about internet security
