The Global Birdfair is a an annual event that takes place art Rutland Showground which, in 2022, raised nearly £100,000 for wildlife conservation.

The event provides the opportunity to join a community of nature lovers and birdwatchers from around the world as they gather to make a difference to Conserving Nature Worldwide.

Many local people volunteered at the 2022 event this year, which took place from the 15th to the 17th of July. The 2022 Birdfair was well attended and, despite traffic disruptions on the A606 bypass and in the centre of Oakham, was generally well received.

Tickets for the 2023 show will be on sale from February 2023 on the Global Birdfair website.
