A Rutland-based venue has been listed in the Michelin guide for their 41st year.

The team at Hambleton Hall have announced that they have retained their Michelin Star for the 41st year in a row.

Michelin Great Britain and Ireland Guide 2023 selection was announced on Monday 27 March 2023, and Hambleton is "thrilled to have retained its Michelin star" for yet another year.

Owner, Tim Hart, said: "Thank you Michelin for supporting us again for the 41st year and thank you to the team for excellent consistency."

Head Chef, Aaron Patterson, said: "We together as a team strive for perfection every day! I am so proud of everyone at Hambleton."

Aaron has been a chef at the venue since 1992, working together with the team in the kitchen to provide an incredibly high standard of cooking, drawing in people from across the country.

Rutland and Melton MP, Alicia Kearns also celebrated the win, adding: "We are very fortunate to have an amazing selection of restaurants locally and Hambleton Hall is a real testament to this, retaining their Michelin star for the 41st consecutive year!"

She also offered her congratulations to the Olive Branch Clipsham and Hitchen's Barn in Oakham, who were recognised by the Michelin guide.
