Award-winning Oakham home care experts Home Instead have received a score of 9.9 on the UK's leading care review website, Home Care UK.

 Home Instead is the UK's number one home care provider, with over 200 locally-owned and operated offices who, together, deliver over 6 million hours of care to over 21,000 clients, employing over 13,000 people. 

Gail Devereux-Batchelor is the Managing Director of Home Instead's Market Harborough & South Leicestershire branch and the Corby & Rutland branch, which has been rated as 5* Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission. Gail is an active member of the community as a member of the local WI, she supports several local charities, and is a trained Dementia Champion for the Alzheimer's Society's Dementia Friends Programme.

The score - out of a maximum of 10 - was confirmed at the start of the month and has been calculated using numerous reviews from people receiving their service, or the relatives and friends of those being cared for. 

This latest review bolsters Home Instead's five-star Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission. They are the only local, at home, care provider to have received this. 

The Oakham team provide exceptional, high-quality care for elderly and vulnerable people within the local community. They place a strong emphasis on ensuring the people they care for remain living independently in their own homes, as well as providing rewarding and flexible career paths for their care professionals.
