James Richards Circus returning to Rutland Showground
This October, the James Richards Circus will be returning to Rutland Showground, with tickets starting from £7.
The James Richards Circus is a family orientated, all human circus that has been running for 4 years. The family has roots in showbusiness dating back as far as the 1800's, so they certainly have showbiz in the blood! The JRC team bring their circus to life at over 30 venues a year and the whole family work hard to make the show a spectacle.
Shows are scheduled as follows:
- Wednesday 26th Oct - 6pm
- Thursday 27th Oct - 3pm and 6pm
- Friday 28th Oct - 6pm
- Saturday 29th Oct - 2pm and 5pm
- Sunday 30th Oct - 2pm
All profit made from the Friday show ticket sales will be donated to the Rutland Lions.
Rutland Lions have been running since 1975 and, having spent nearly 50 years supporting the community, which is why the James Richards Circus team feel passionate about supporting the Lions right back!
The team said: "As a small circus family each member of the team has several important jobs from selling tickets to making candyfloss or publicising our next venue to making costumes.
"The five minutes of sequins and sparkles is only a fraction of the day, however we hope these five minutes of performance from each artist will leave many happy memories of a fantastic interactive family experience."
