8th Dec 2020 | Local News

Although 2020 has brought unprecedented challenges for all of us, Lily Mae Home Care has been building on its' core activities in South Lincolnshire.

After five years of providing care to people in their own homes for almost five years – Lily Mae has now opened a Wellbeing and Care Advice centre in Oakham to provide advice and information about how care can be provided to local people in their own homes throughout Rutland.

When a family reaches the decision that care is needed for a loved one as a result of an illness, disability, or age related issues, it can often be a daunting and sometimes confusing task to work out whether home care or a care home would provide the best option.

The Wellbeing and Care Advice centre provides a single point of contact to help explain the options as well as signpost other organisations and their services, including advice about how care can be paid for.

Alex Ozkan, Managing Director of Lily Mae Home Care said, "We were delighted that Oakham Town Mayor, David Romney, officially opened our Wellbeing and Care Advice centre at 29a High Street, Oakham on Wednesday 2nd December 2020 and recognised the contribution that Lily Mae Home Care can now make to help people throughout Rutland now and in the years ahead".

For further information about the Wellbeing and Care Advice centre and other services provided by Lily Mae Home Care, call 01572 980099 or email [email protected]
