A local bakery is celebrating the return of the hit show, The Great British Bake Off, which returns for the 14th season tonight.

Kavanagh's Tea Room, a local bakery and tea room that prides itself on being "the home of gluten free" in Oakham is getting a 'rise' out of the return of the popular Channel 4 show, The Great British Bake Off, which is returning tonight - with the first ever deaf baker in the tent.

To mark the return, the head baker at Kavanagh's, Clare, will be making one item from the show every week, but with a twist - it will be gluten free.

The team shared the good news on their social media"Our Head Baker, Clare, will create one thing from each week of TGBBO. but 100%, completely gluten free, and better yet, she's going to show you how to make it too!
