New monthly group for the over 65s to launch in Oakham, combining socialising with a small church service
Martha's Place at Oakham Baptist Church invites all local over 65s to join them for their new monthly meetings.
The meetings will include social time with tea, coffee and homemade cake, as well as maybe a game, quiz or activity.
This will then be followed by a small service with a few hymns, a short talk from the bible and prayer.
The first meeting of this new group will take place on Monday 20th January at 2.30pm and will then run every third Monday of the month.
