Oakham business applies for permission to serve food and drink

An Oakham business is seeking permission from Rutland County Council to serve food and drinks on the premises. 

Factory Shop, on Cold Overton Road, has applied for a "change of use from Use Class E(A) - Display or retail of goods, other than hot food - to Use Class E(B) - sale of food and drink for consumption mostly on the premises". 

The applicant says the retail store will continue to sell goods but want to add a cafe, although no cooking will take place on the premises. 

No other details have been revealed at this time although the full planning application can be viewed here
