This week, we have RSD Recruitment is seeking a Wedding Planner at a 4-star country hotel and spa in Rutland.

The full-time job pays £23,000- £26,000, working 5 days out of 7 days, including Saturday & Sundays.

They said of the role: "Are you an experienced Wedding Coordinator looking for a change? Do you have Asian/Indian Wedding planning experience? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

We are working in partnership with our client to recruit for a talented Wedding and Events Coordinator. They boast a luxury 4-star hotel and spa which is situated in 65 acres of beautiful country estate. Due to being under new ownership, the company is now looking for a new member to join their team.

Key Responsibilities –

- Proactively managing incoming calls from potential clients enquiring about weddings or events within the hotel.

- Carry out both pre-booked and walk in show rounds for potential clients/guests.

- Follow up on all enquiries and show rounds to get the business, therefore securing maximum revenue.

- Maintain contact with clients between the booking and the event, finalising details and ensuring payments are up to date.

- Carry out post event calls to all weddings and events in order to check guest satisfaction and secure repeat business.

- Liaise with the Operational team to ensure all event details are handed over so that service is delivered to meet and exceed requirements, this may involve meeting with the clients together with relevant members of the operational team.

Key Requirements –

- We are looking to recruit an individual who is proactive and highly motivated.

- You must have at least two years' experience working in a similar role within a 4-star hotel.

- Asian/Indian Wedding planning experience is preferred.
