Pigeon Investment Management, together with the landowners, are bringing forward plans for a "high quality, landscape and design-led sustainable scheme."

This will comprise of amenity space, allotments and areas for outdoor play and landscaping, including around 220 new homes. All associated infrastructure is planned for land off Burley Road, Oakham.

A consultation website has been set up to provide information about the scheme before plans are finalised. We are inviting local residents and stakeholders to comment on the scheme before a planning application is submitted to Rutland County Council.

Pigeon have said, "We consider your views and opinions to be important, so please view the proposals and provide feedback via the website. Comments are being invited up until Monday 10 January 2022."
