Care Assistants should expect to earn £10.00 per hour, £21,840 p/a for full-time employees, and there are both 12 and 6 hour shifts available, days and nights. Dealing with all inquiries on the phone and face to face.Supplying information regarding the resort to the general public, clients and customers
Controlling advance bookings and reservationsAllocating rooms to bookings
Answering telephone, screen and direct callsReceiving and direct emails to relevant departments
Taking and relay messagesGiving customers up to date and accurate information related to local and national tourism.
