The weather might have been grey and gloomy today.
But Oakham is looking blooming lovely! Thank you Oakham in Bloom!
And thank you Oakham Town Council!
Currently the town is festooned with planters and hanging baskets, providing a most colourful spectacle to residents and visitors alike.
