Planning proposal submitted for 75 dwellings in Ketton

A proposal has been submitted to Rutland County Council for the development of 75 new homes on land off Park Road in Ketton, Rutland.

Submitted on 4 June 2024, the proposal is for the "Reserved matters approval for the layout, scale, appearance and landscaping of 75 new dwellings, public open space and associated infrastructure."

Connected applications include an appeal, made in November 2022, for the outline application with all matters reserved except for means of access, for residential development of up to 75 no. dwellings with associated public open space, landscaping and infrastructure. The 'appeal allowed' case can be viewed in the Rutland County Council planning portal using the reference, 2022/0007/APPEAL.
