A regular fitness group has returned to Oakham.

Launching in July, Fitness Escapes Oakham has returned after an absence in which organiser, Danny Barker, has worked on and refined the popular class-style sessions.

The sessions have relocated from Oakham Enterprise Park, where Danny hosted the sessions at the Active Hub last year.

Now, the Fitness Escapes bootcamps are back in Oakham, stamford and Peterborough.

The Oakham sessions will take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:45 - 7:30pm at the scout hut, Oakham.

Tuesday's classes will be inside, and Thursday sessions will take place outside.

Sessions cost £7.50 per class, £30 a month for one class a week and extras, or £55 a month for two classes, PT packages, fitness escapes and a t-shirt.
