Local wine merchant Bat and Bottle, are hosting a fantastic competition this Christmas to win a one-off bottle - a Jeroboam of Single Vineyard Prosecco Superiore Brut 'Vigna del Cuc; and you can be in with the chance to win!

Bat and Bottle is a Rutland based, micro-business, wine importer, husband and wife team, and award winning online wine merchant. They are a specialist importer of Italian wine, buying direct from the wine cellar, mostly from small artisan producers, and selling directly to the general public.

They are based at Oakham Enterprise Park, in the heart of Rutland - once again proving that the Rutland motto 'Multum in Parvo' or 'Much in Little' is entirely true!

They have been awarded Runner Up for the 2nd year running in the Decanter Retailers Awards for Best Subscription Wine Club, beating the Wine Society and Naked Wines, no less.

In 2021, they were also awarded Best Italian Wine Retailer, coming runner up in 2022, so they may be small but are certainly mighty and definitely have a wine club worth joining.

Now, it is even more worthwhile joining their wine club, as they are giving all new subscribers the chance to win a one-off Jeroboam  Single Vineyard Prosecco Superiore Brut 'Vigna del Cuc.

Already a member, or don't fancy joining? Fear not, you can also enter the competition by buying 6 or more bottles of wine from Bat and Bottle. All you have to do is provide your details upon purchase.

This competition is open until the 17th of December, and is lining up to be a cracking Christmas prize for one very lucky winner!

This competition is a way for the husband and wife duo, Ben and Emma, to thank their faithful Italian wine enthusiasts who are either members of their Wine Club, or who have placed an order for 6 or more bottles from Bat and Bottle Wine Merchants, either in person from their warehouse on Oakham Enterprise Park, or online.

The winner will be selected at random on Sunday the 18th of December 2022.

Any qualifying orders, placed between now and Saturday the 17th of December 2022, will automatically be included - you need do nothing to apply.

As long as the team have your full contact details and you can give them a mainland UK delivery address (excluding the Highlands) this free gift of a Jeroboam will be with you in time for Christmas - just make sure you don't miss the postman!

This bottle is so rare, that there is only the one available in the UK, so if you miss delivery, you might just miss out on the prize of a lifetime!
