Experiences using Oakham minor injuries unit are wanted.
Healthwatch Rutland is asking for patients who have used Oakham minor injuries unit in the past 12 months to come forward with their stories.
An online survey site has been created by the organisation who collect information about the NHS and health care services so that they can be improved.
"The survey only takes five minutes to complete" said Healthwatch manager, Tracey Allan-Jones, "and as always, sharing experiences with us goes a long way towards improving the NHS services that we all use."
The survey can be found online. Your feedback will be anonymous.
Healthwatch Rutland is the public's NHS health and social care champion. The organisation wants to hear the experiences of anyone who uses GPs and hospitals, dentists, pharmacies, care homes or other NHS support services in the county.
A spokesperson for the group added: "If you have visited the Oakham Minor Injuries Unit in the last 12 months then we would like to hear about your experiences by filling out this questionnaire. We estimate it will take four to five minutes to complete."
The team would like to know about your weekday experience of the walk-in service that runs from Rutland Memorial Hospital, Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, dealing with a minor injury.
As an independent statutory body, Healthwatch Rutland has the power to make sure NHS leaders and other decision-makers listen to feedback, and can then improve standards of care.
