Clerical Assistant

Citizens Advice Rutland is looking for a Clerical Assistant to join the team for 1 year fixed.

Salary will be £21,500.

You will:

  • help provide a welcoming and effective reception service for both clients and other callers
  • answer the telephone/intercom entry system and give information about office opening hours
  • re-direct calls as appropriate to members of staff
  • make the appropriate entries using the electronic incoming calls system
  • carry out clerical tasks delegated by the line manager to include scanning of documents, photocopying and printing
  • work as part of the overall team
  • work Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am - 5pm
