Thursday Night Dinner at The Fox & Hounds

The Fox and Hounds will be returning with their Thursday night special on 23 May 2024, and this week the team are serving up gammon and chips with a choice of egg or pineapple.

Fro just £12, every week the team put on a popular meal deal, and you can head down to 6 Somerby Road, Knossington to join the fun.

Quiz Night and Fishy Fridays at The Plough

The Plough in Greetham will be hosting its weekly quiz on Thursday 23 May from 7:30pm. The event costs £1 per person to enter, max 6 person per team.

You can pop in early for a bite to eat - or join the team on Friday instead for their Fishy Friday meal deal.

12th Annual Rutland Sausage and Cider Festival

From Friday 24 May - Monday 27 May, the Sausage and Cider Festival is back at The Grainstore

Annually during the May Bank Holiday the team go a wee bit 'Wurzel' and host their Cider and Sausage Festival. Featuring 40 real ciders straight from the barrel and locally crafted sausages, including their own pork and ale, this is another lively festival packed with great music to keep you entertained.

Entry is free and opening times are as follows:

Thursday – 5pm to 11pm

Friday – Midday to 1.30am

Saturday and Sunday – 9am to 1.30am

Monday – 9am to 11pm

Django in the Bay

This Bank Holiday weekend, Django in the Bay is also making a triumphant return to Rutland.

On 25 and 26 May, the festival returns - THE place to connect with fellow Django musicians, jam, hang out, try guitars before you buy, take a workshop or masterclass and of course watch amazing concerts.

And for those who don't play, there isn't a better setting to enjoy this wonderful music. Enjoy good food and drink and walk around the site soaking up the magical atmosphere.

Celebrate Bank Holiday weekend at The Plough in Greetham with a tribute act to remember... 

Join the team on Saturday 25 May from 8:30pm for live music from "Michael Bublé"!
