A shortage of retail and hospitality staff across the country has seen shops closing early and cutting down their opening hours.

Now, the M&S Simply Food at Oakham's Hackamore Way BP garage is the most recent store to suffer the same fate.

The store is temporarily cutting hours, opening from 6am until 9pm instead of 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The petrol garage and car wash will be open as usual, with patrons able to pay at pump using the BP App.
