Sundowner Sessions return to Ovation this weekend

Ovation's Sundowner Session return this weekend.

On Saturday 3 June, Ovation Wine & Spirit Bar, located on Oakham's Gaol Street, will be hosting the first Sundowner Session of 2023.

Wayno and Adam from The RAW Collective will be joining the team, return to their "spiritual home" to perform a live acoustic set, to celebrate the launch of the Summer Sundowner Sessions.

The team shared the news on social media: "Our summer sundowner sessions are back by popular demand!

"We've moved it to a Saturday and bring you 4 hours of drinks' specials and great music between 4pm and 8pm. Our first one kicks off on Saturday 3rd June with our amazing friends from the RAW The Band.

"We will also be showcasing our new, summer cocktail list with great drink specials.

"See you this summer, every Saturday between 4pm and 8pm."

Launching the season of summer events will be RAW The Band, who also hosted their lively album launch night at Ovation back in April.

Guitarist and songwriter of Raw The Band, Wayno, said "We love playing at Ovation. it's such a cool vibe, with a loyal and engaging crowd. We will performing some new and exclusive covers we have been working on, and chucking in a couple of brand new originals also!"

You can catch them live between 6-8pm on Saturday 3 June, when the Ovation team, headed up by Bianca and Chris Nix, will also be launching their summer cocktail menu.
