The Fox and Hounds have opened their terrace for the summer.

The listed country pub in Knossington is a great seasonal venue and, now that the summer has arrived, the team have swapped their marquee for their revamped sun terrace.

Along with this recent revamp, you can enjoy a pint of Atlantic pale ale for only £3 this summer.

The venue has an impressive 5 star rating on TripAdvisor, with both regular and one-off visitors to the pub singing the praises of the staff, food, and setting. 

The traditional style of the pub keeps things cosy, with fire places blazing in the winter, and the historic flags and tiles keeping things cool in the summer. 

Speaking of seasonal, they also offer a rotating menu, sourcing as many local ingredients as possible, 12 months of the year. 

Over the summer months, expect fish, salads and seasonal veg, as well as their new steak night offer - 2 steaks and a bottle of wine for only £45 - and Thursday Night meal offer, including dishes such as lasagne, schnitzel, burgers, curry and much more.

Tonight, Friday 2 June, the team are welcoming Paul Martyn on the saxophone from 7:30pm, with the venue open for food and drinks from 5pm.

On Sunday 4 June, they will also be hosting their monthly quiz night, with a £50 cash prize for the winning team!
