Police were alerted after two men were spotting 'acting in a suspicious manner' in the grounds of Oakham School.

Police were called at 1.35pm on Wednesday (29 Jan).

A Leicestershire Police spokesman told Oakham Nub News: "We were called to a report of a vehicle having entered the grounds of a school in Station Road.

"The occupants of the vehicle were seen to be acting in a suspicious manner.

"No pupils were approached."

The two men drove into the school grounds in a white Nissan pick-up.
