One of the UK's favourite triathlons is returning to Rutland Water this June, causing a road closure in the area.

The 2026 Dambuster Triathlon, which is organised by Pacesetter Events, has been running for over 20 years at the stunning water-side venue by Whitwell Creek.

The cycle section of the race is on closed roads for safety reasons, which will impact local traffic.

The roads will be closed between 6am and 10am on 21 June with closures on Oakham Road, The Avenue, Stamford Road, Exton Lane and Bridle Lane.
