From events to entertain little terrors to a bar party for older witches and wizards, there's something for everyone looking to get stuck into spooky season.

Spooky Junior Parkrun Sprint
Rutland Water Junior Parkrun invites all mini monsters, wicked witches and fast-footed phantoms to join them on Saturday 27th October for their Halloween Junior Park Run.
Warm up starts at 8.55am to prepare for the 2km run round the course. Costumes are optional but highly encouraged to make this the spookiest parkrun to date.

Kids Halloween Disco at Greetham Community Centre
Come kitted out in your best ghoulish get up for this Kids Halloween Disco with Disco Steve on Saturday 26th October between 4pm and 6pm.
Hosted at Greetham Community Centre, tickets for this event are just £3 per child, which includes a hot dog.

Hootingly Haunted Halloween at Rutland Water
Running Friday 25th to Sunday 27th October between 10am and 4pm, Rutland Water has a spooky selection of activities for the whole family to try.
Some of the activities on offer include scary pumpkins, spooky crafts, broomstick making and owl pellet dissection, all topped off with a fun filled party.
Fancy dress optional, the spookier the better.
There is no need to book for these activities, just turn up on the day. Each activity costs £5 to take part in. For more information, click here.
Adults Halloween Party at The Railway, Oakham
For the grown up ghouls not wanting to miss out on all the Halloween fun, The Railway in Oakham is hosting an adults Halloween party on Saturday 26th October from 7pm.
Come dressed up in your best creepy costume and enjoy a lively atmosphere and offers on drinks. For more information, click here.
Halloween at Rutland Farm Park
There's always loads going on at Rutland Farm Park and this Halloween is no exception. Throughout October half-term, the farm has a jam packed itinerary of activities to try, including brunch with their pigs Penny and Jane, cuddles with their guinea pigs, the chance to meet and feed their cows and get up close and personal with their African land snails.
If you're looking for something more on the spooky side, Rutland Farm Park is holding their Spoooooky Sunday event on Sunday 27th October. They invite visitors to don their spookiest outfit for a free bag of animal feed. There will also be face painting, hunt the witch, apple bobbing, a scavenger hunt and more.
There is also the opportunity to get creative and use your pumpkin carving skills (however good they may be) to make your own spooky design. This is open to all ages and abilities but children must be supervised by an adult. The sessions are on Friday 25th October at 11pm and 2pm.
Pumpkin Picking at Rutland Pumpkins
For the most autumnal activity available, visit Rutland Pumpkins for a stroll around their pumpkin patch.
Based at Riddleman's Farm near Oakham, owners Peta and James are excited to welcome pumpkin pickers for their fifth year. Their patch is open between 10am and 4pm on 24th - 27th October and open 10am - 1pm on 30th and 31st October.
There is also refreshments available, ride-on toys for toddlers, a bale maze and on 26th October, stalls from Griff's Pizza, Florence Floral Design, Handmade by Jools, The Little Book Snug and Made by Rella.
