Get your business head on this Friday with ActionCOACH, as they meet at The Admiral Hornblower for a business networking event for local business owners and entrepreneurs.

Enjoy a coffee with business owners, executives, leaders, and decision-makers from a range of professional service industries in the Oakham area.

Dream Catcher Crafts

This Saturday 7 January 2023, Whissendine Sport Club are hosting a beautiful mental health and well-being day for men and woman: "Hosted by our beautiful Simply Divine Wellbeing, Grandmothers who will walk beside you to enable and realise your own dreams as you weave the tapestry and re-creating your very own beautiful natural dream catcher to take home."

If you have a drum please bring along, if not please do not worry there are many for everyone.

This Saturday 7 January 2023, Whissendine Sport Club are hosting a beautiful mental health and well-being day for men and woman.

Tickets cost only £20.

Oakham Armed Forced and Veterans Breakfast Club

On Saturday 7 January from 9 - 11am, The Grainstore are hosting the Oakham Armed Forces and Veterans Breakfast Club.

The Grainstore

Open to all serving members and veterans of the UK Armed Forces and her allies, the clubs offer the chance to 'return to the tribe' and have breakfast and banter with other members in an informal safe setting.

Rutland Water Wildlife Watch for kids

Wildlife Watch is the junior club of The Wildlife Trusts and is meeting on Sunday 8 January 2023 from 10am until 12pm at Rutland Nature Reserve.

This group is for children aged 5 - 12 years old and children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. 

Members are free to attend, and there is a suggested donation of £5 for non-members. 

Bring/wear a waterproof coat throughout the year - meetings maybe cancelled in extreme weather or an alternative venue.

Oakham Big Book Swap

At Tyne Road, the Oakham Book Swap team are looking forward to their first big swap of 2023.

Set to take place on Sunday 8 January, 10.30-2.30, all the books available to swap will be out in the garage on the corner of Tyne Road and Avon Close.

Donations will be accepted in support of The Brain Tumour Charity.
