Head Coach Dan McKellar has named the matchday squad for today's pre-season fixture against Nottingham Rugby at Mattioli Woods Welford Road.

Today, Friday 1 September, the Tigers will face Nottingham in what will be the first outing for McKellar and the new-look Coaching Team.

McKellar has included 30 players for the clash with The Archers.

Hanro Liebenberg captains a side which features internationals James Cronin, Joe Heyes, Cameron Henderson, Dan Kelly and Mike Brown.

Named in the starting outfit are summer additions Sam Carter, Matt Rogerson, Joe Powell and Josh Bassett, while fellow new recruits Mike Williams and Kieran Wilkinson are included among the replacements.

Meanwhile, Nottingham's Marcus Ramage, Loughborough University's Elliot Gourlay and Senior Academy outside-back Charlie Myall will also feature from the Leicester bench after being included in the pre-season programme over the summer.
