Taking place on Friday 24th April, the evening will showcase a range of carefully prepared dishes, each highlighting different cuts of the animal. The menu focuses on sustainability and full utilisation, combining bold flavours with refined cooking techniques.

Designed for food enthusiasts and those looking to try something new, the event will be held in the Apple Blossom Suite, providing an intimate and relaxed setting.
