Job Title; Business Centre Administrator

Salary; £24,000 per annum

Shift Pattern; 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Location; Oakham, Rutland

Our client, a fast growing specialist company based in Oakham, is seeking a Business Centre Administrator who demonstrates enthusiasm, organisational skills and able to prioritise workloads to ensure a smooth running of the business.

The Business Centre Administrator Role;

• Daily Control of petty cash and monthly reconciliation
• Creating and raising POs
• Delivery notes scanning
• Filing
• Reception duties
• Daily handling of phone calls and email communication
• Monitoring stock levels
• Training room preparations
• Supporting goods-in team with delivery notes
• Reporting and analysis
• General administrative duties

The Business Centre Administrator Candidate;

• Strong Organisational skills
• Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to work independently within a fast paced environment
• Previous experience within an administrative role would be advantageous
