A key supporting role within the Bookings Team, helping to ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate delivery of tailor-made travel itineraries. You'll assist with admin-heavy parts of the booking process, maintain product data, and provide vital back-office support that allows the Group to deliver exceptional trips.
Excellent attention to detail, a love of systems and organisation, and a passion for supporting a fast-moving, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational & Booking Support
- Assist with the preparation and formatting of travel documents (e.g. itineraries, confirmations, vouchers).
- Input booking data and supplier details into internal systems with high accuracy.
- Help monitor and update booking checklists to ensure every detail is tracked and delivered.
- Product & Supplier Data Maintenance
- Upload and maintain information about products, services, and experiences in our central library (rates, descriptions, terms).
- Flag inconsistencies or outdated supplier information to the Product team.
- Support seasonal product updates or new destination rollouts
- Reseller & Client Relationship Support
- Liaise with resellers and clients to collect missing booking details, respond to routine queries, and make changes as required.
- Provide clear, professional communication to ensure client expectations are met and supported.
- Monitor and escalate any booking issues, discrepancies, or delays that could affect reseller or end-client experience.
- Support relationship tracking, including maintaining contact records and follow-up actions in CRM or internal tools.
- Team Coordination & Admin -
- Support internal team calendars, meeting scheduling, and workflow management.
- Maintain organised digital filing and documentation across shared systems (e.g. CRM, Drive, Knowledge Base, Pic io).
- Assist with small projects related to team processes or efficiency improvements.
