CNC Operator

Job Role

Our well-established client based near Corby, Stamford and Oakham, who manufacture products for Bentley, Jaguar and JCB is currently looking for CNC machinists to join their well-established team. The role is ideally suited to a person who has had experience of basic machining with a flexible approach.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate manual and CNC machinery
• Self-inspect parts produced
• Work to a defined schedule
• Maintain a safe environment in the work area
• Follow all company Health and Safety policies and procedures

Person Specification

• Mechanically Minded and detail-oriented

• Logical and process driven

• Familiar with measuring equipment - micrometers & verniers

• Able to read and follow technical drawings

Hours of Work and Pay

• £13.00/hr inc shift premium

• Rotating shifts - Earlies Mon to Fri 05:45 - 13:45 Lates Mon to Wed 13:45 - 23:45 Thurs 13:45-23:15 No Friday working.

• Own transport essential due to location - free on site parking available

• Overtime available
