Due to their recent expansion, they now need a 1st Line Support Technician to join the team and ensure that the operations and computer systems run smoothly.In this varied role you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end-users. Offer in-person and remote assistance, escalating complex problems as needed. Equally, you will maintain detailed support records, install and configure IT equipment and manage user accounts.The ideal candidate will have experience with troubleshooting operating systems on Windows 10 & 11 and have a basic understanding of networking, including, TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching and firewalls.
