We are seeking a new Park Supervisor to oversee the management and operation of our park in Oakham and invite you to apply to join our team of friendly professional Park Supervisors across the UK.

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Directing the grounds and maintenance teams in ensuring that communal areas of the park are immaculately maintained and that maintenance jobs are allocated appropriately and completed on time.
• Working alongside our Health and Safety Manager to ensure that the park exceeds all its Health and Safety obligations including the roll out and implementation of policies, procedures and testing.
• Recruiting, training, motivating and developing all staff by leading by example and taking a practical "hands on" approach
• Communicating with local authorities, internal departments and colleagues to ensure that the park and its residents comply with site licence rules.
• Conduct regular park inspections making sure that signage, roads, equipment and communal facilities are impeccably maintained.
• Providing practical, workable solutions to enquiries, calls and problems raised by residents in accordance with Regency Living standards, site licence rules, complaints procedure and the Mobile Homes Act.
• Completion of weekly/monthly Park Supervisor reports and attendance at weekly Park Supervisor meetings.

A level of physical fitness is required of all our Park Supervisors as is a high degree of numeracy and literacy.
