Bill's Bar of Oakham have announced an expansion, with many improvements on the way, including the introduction of food.

Bill's Bar is a firm favourite sports bar and nightclub in the heart of Oakham, owned by the founder of Orbis, Jonathan Spencer.

Jonathan and the team announced that they will be expanding into the shop next door that was once Harpers, and that the lease has been agreed, meaning that work will be going ahead promptly.

They shared that Bill's will be double the size, with the addition of a kitchen serving up hotdogs, wings, loaded fries and other 'dirty goods'.

An LED big screen will also be fitted and guests can expect a full refurbishment of the venue.

Jonathan Spencer added: "About time Oakham had some life breathed into it!"
